Son, look at your country: They work so hard but have so little. They eat but are not satisfied. They drink but are still thirsty. They put on clothes but cannot keep warm. Their wages disappear as though they were putting them in pockets filled with holes! It is because I have called for a drought on everything they do, to ruin everything they have worked so hard to get. This is how it is with this nation, everything they do and everything they offer is defiled by their sin, and they will hate Me because I accuse them of doing evil.
Son, why are you discouraged? Why is your heart so sad? Put your hope in Me, and I will pour My unfailing love on you. I have given you a promise of My blessing, so that when you are in trouble I will rescue you. Remember that I am with you, because My Spirit lives is in you.
So look beneath the surface so you can see correctly, and get to work for I am with you. Tell everyone who will listen that I am the light of the world. If they choose to follow Me, they won’t have to walk in darkness because they will have My light. Tell them that they will die in their sins unless they believe that I Am who I claim to be. If they believe you then they will know the truth, and My truth will set them free. If I set them free, they are truly free.
Lord, all my hope is in You, and I will praise You because You are my Savior!
