Lord, You gave me life and showed me Your unfailing love. My life is preserved by Your care. My sins cannot be hidden from You, for nothing in all creation is hidden from You. Everything is exposed before Your eyes, and You alone are the one to whom I am accountable.
Your Word is alive and powerful, and exposes my innermost thoughts and desires. All who seek Your help will be encouraged in Your Word, and will know who are You are LORD. Your Word warns us not to be deceived by sin and harden our hearts against You. Therefore, I must think carefully about everything You say and require of me. I need to keep my heart sensitive to Your leading in my life, so that I will not turn away from You.
Son, when you hear My voice, don’t harden your heart, because this will lead to unbelief, and unbelief will provide you no rest. It is only when you believe all that I say that you will be able to enter My rest.
Son, the end is here! Wherever you look – east, west, north, or south – disaster after disaster is coming. People’s wickedness and pride have blossomed to full flower, and their violence has grown into a rod that will beat them with their own wickedness. Not one person whose life is twisted with willful sin – will escape what is coming; they will look for peace but not find it. Look at all of the leaders of the world, they commit these detestable sins, and the result: the whole world is violent.
So My children come to My throne of grace, and you will receive My mercy and grace to help you when you need it. You must hold firmly to what I have written for you, and just believe in Me.
