Can God can use the ungodly to do His godly purpose? Isaiah 45 reveals that He can, and does. King Cyrus was not a Jew, nor a follower of the Lord in any way, yet this is what the Lord said of Cyrus:
“This is what I said to Cyrus, whose right hand I take hold of to subdue nations before him and to strip kings of their armor, to open doors before him so that gates will not be shut: I will go before you…so that you and My people will know that I am the Lord that summons you by name. For the sake of My people, I summon you and bestow on you a title of honor. Though you do not acknowledge Me, I will strengthen you so that people may know there is none besides Me. I am the Lord, and there is no other.”
Now put Donald Trump’s name in place of Cyrus. For all of you who don’t think God chose Donald Trump for His purpose; think again. I believe God enjoys showing His people what fools they are to think He has to act in a way that they understand and agree with; that God must choose a godly man to fulfill His good purpose.
Who are you My children to question Me, or give Me orders about the work of My hands, and to quarrel about who I can use?! I have raised up Donald Trump and will make his ways straight, and he will not do My will for a price or reward; for I have set him in place so that My children will prepare for the horrific persecution against them as I have said will come; the persecution that is intensifying.
