Son, people need to understand that between them and Me is a great chasm. The only way man can meet with Me is through a mediator. My Son is that mediator and the only One who can bring us together. When they finally realize this and come to their senses, by seeing themselves as I see them, there will be joy in heaven when they repent. For I am filled with love and compassion, and will run to embrace them, kiss them, and welcome them into My kingdom.
Son, remember that while you are still on this earth, use your worldly resources to benefit others. Be faithful in little things and I will give you greater things. Remember that if you are dishonest in the little matters – you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities. If you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, I cannot trust you with the true riches of heaven? If you are not faithful with other people’s things, then why should I trust you with things of your own?
I know the heart of man, but no man knows his own heart. Your heart is revealed by what you do. Look at your leaders. They are supposed to know right from wrong, but they are the very ones who hate good and love evil, and then beg Me for help in times of trouble! Do they really expect Me to answer them after they twist justice and all that is right?
Lord, You are my God, and You are so good to me. You are ready to forgive anyone that humbly comes to You. You are full of unfailing love for all who ask for Your help. I can call to You whenever I’m in trouble and know that You will answer me. So teach me Your ways, that I may live according to Your truth! Grant me purity of heart, so that I may honor You. For who am I, that I should try to answer You or even reason with You? You gave me life and showed me Your unfailing love. My life is preserved by Your care.
