Son, if you want to be a disciple of Mine don’t begin until you count the cost because it will require you to give up everything you own. When you choose to be My disciple there will be joy in your life. When you walk through the Valley of Weeping, it will become a place of refreshing. I will be your sun and your shield. My grace and glory will be with you, and I will withhold no good thing from you.
Lord, don’t You hear the uproar of Your enemies? Don’t You see that Your arrogant enemies are rising up? They devise crafty schemes against Your people; they conspire against Your precious ones. When will they learn that You alone are Lord, that You alone are the Most High, supreme over all the earth?
Son, do not be fearful of these evil people because what you fear and dread might happen to you; fearful people have no peace or joy. The foundation of wisdom for the wicked is based upon experience and what they have studied about life. They shout for people to listen to their counsel, and to apply what they say. When misery and trouble comes they speak impulsively and think they have done nothing wrong.
Son, tell all the people of America that I am coming, and I am making accusations against them. America will anxiously wait for relief, but only bitterness awaits them. America’s leaders have filled the land with sin and ruined it completely. These leaders who lie awake at night thinking up evil plans, rise at dawn to carry them out, simply because they have the power to do so. I will reward their evil with evil, and they will no longer walk around proudly, for it will be a terrible time.
Lord, I long to enter Your kingdom. With my whole being, body and soul I will shout joyfully to You. I would rather be a gatekeeper in Your kingdom than live the good life in the homes of the wicked.
