Lord, I know that You see all that is taking place in this world, but why are You allowing it? Look at America, You prospered it and gave it Your blessing, and now look at it. People in America destroy one another for money. Your name is a curse word. Your word has been removed from our schools and has been refused to be taught. Justice is nowhere to be found. My heart is discouraged because of what I see, false religions have come into our land and the people love it. Evil is called good and what is pure is called evil. No one is at peace and they think happiness is found in the temporal things. Why Lord do You allow this?
Son, My children must think carefully about who I am, and they must remain confident in their hope in Me. When they hear My voice, they must not harden their hearts by refusing to listen to what I am saying. If they refuse to do what I tell them, then they will never enter My place of rest; so be careful. They need to make sure that their hearts are not evil and unbelieving by turning away from Me. Therefore, unbelief will stop them from entering My rest for them. My promise of My rest still stands, and what a terrible thing it would be that some of My children might fail to experience it. Only those who believe in Me and My word – will enter My rest. Those who question and doubt what I have said, instead of believing and obeying what I’ve said – will never enter My place of rest. Today, My children will need this rest,and it is still waiting for My children who will listen and obey.
So, hold firmly to your belief in Me; for I am your High Priest, and I understand your weakness. I faced all of the same testings you do, and yet I did not sin. Come boldly to the throne of God because the way is open. I did this! There you will receive My mercy, and find grace when you need it most. Remember this: My faithful love never ends! My mercies never cease. It all begins afresh each morning.
Son, now to those who think they can remove My word; My word is alive and powerful, it is sharper than any two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes everyone’s innermost thoughts and desires. To those who want to use My name as a curse word, they must remember that nothing in all creation is hidden from Me. Everything is naked and exposed before My eyes, and I am the One to whom they will give account for their lives. When they twist justice in the courts – I see it. They complain, these pitiful human beings, when I punish them for their sins.
My children must understand that I am their lawyer, and I will plead their case! I will see to it that these evil people are paid back for all the evil they have done. The leaders have defiled America by allowing the shedding of the innocent blood of children. So America’s punishment is just beginning, and all of her many sins will be exposed, and she will get the punishment she deserves! Only a simpleton would not know, and only a fool would not understand this.
Those who live in My shelter will find My rest. I alone will be the only place of refuge, a place of safety. I alone am God, and those who trust Me will not be afraid of the terrors coming. They will not dread drought, disease or disaster. They just need humbly pay attention and see how I will punish the wicked. When I am your complete shelter, I will rescue you; I am a refuge to those who love Me. I will protect those who trust in My name. When they call on Me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them. I will reward them with eternity with Me!
Son, I have heard your prayer. So tell My children who are called by My name to humble themselves, pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways. Then I will forgive their sins and restore their land. My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to every prayer made in this land. The key is that My children faithfully follow Me, and obey all My commands. If they don’t, then when people ask, “Why did the Lord do such terrible things to this land? The answer will be, “Because My children abandoned Me, the God of their forefathers, and have begun to worship other gods instead of bowing down to Me.” That is why I will bring all these disasters on them.
Lord, thank You for all You have done for me! Even in my old age I am able to still produce fruit. Lord, bring this country back to You again! Give us back the joys we once had! And, help those that return to You to persevere through all that is coming.
