Son, tell My children what the signs are to any nation that makes a covenant with Me and then breaks the covenant. This nation will become an object of mockery by the nations of the world. I will shower them with arrows of famine. Along with famine, disease and war will stalk the land. Then they will know that I alone am the Lord. They will recognize how hurt I am by their unfaithful hearts and lustful eyes.
So shout it and tell this rebellious nation called America that I will stay with you as long as you stay with Me! Whenever you seek Me, you will find Me. But if you abandon Me, I will abandon you. Because America has abandoned Me by putting its trust in men instead of Me – their God – they have missed their chance. For, I am coming to judge America with the fairness of My justice. I placed her at the center of the world, but she has rebelled against Me and My word, and has become far more wicked than the surrounding nations that have no covenant with Me.
Think about the punishment that will be for those who have trampled on Me and My word; for people who reject the truth, and treat My blood as if it were common and unholy; who have insulted and disdained My Holy Spirit who brings My mercy to them. Soon they will know that it is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
I know that My children do not want to hear these things, because it makes them fearful and afraid. But My children must hold tightly without wavering to the hope they so boldly affirm. This will give them confidence to stand in these times. They must think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. This will not be the time to stop meeting together, as some people do. They must encourage one another, especially now that the day of My return is drawing near. They must remember back when they first learned about Me, and how faithful they were even though it meant suffering. In these coming days some of you will be exposed to public ridicule, brought into courts and even beaten and put to death. Some will be thrown into jail, and everything they own will be taken from them. They must remember to accept it with joy, because this is the key for their hope of better things waiting for them – that will last forever. So do not throw away this confident trust in Me, by remembering that I will bring their great reward!
So My children, patient endurance is what you need now. Then you will receive all that I have promised. My righteous children will live by faith, and I take no pleasure in anyone who turns away.
My eyes search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Me. So My children be strong and courageous, for your work will be rewarded. When you earnestly seek Me – you will find Me. Remember that I entered into heaven to appear before God on your behalf. I will come again, not to deal with My children’s sins, but to bring salvation to all who are eagerly waiting for Me.
Lord, righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne.The heavens proclaim Your righteousness; every nation sees Your glory. Those who love You will hate evil! I know that You protect the lives of Your children and rescue them from the power of the wicked. Thank You Lord!
